    Default EOI submitted - no confirmation

    Hi all,

    there have been similar threads, sorry to keep getting back to this point, but it is indeed a bit unnerving to not get a confirmation by email that the submitted EOI is fine.

    Our status is 'submitted', payment 'received', and points are over 140.

    Does this mean all is well and what we submitted is complete? And that we will get into the next draw automatically?

    EOIs are selected by machine, on the basis of the number of points you say you have. So you will definitely get selected.

    After the next draw, officials will look at all the EOIs selected, to make sure that IT LOOKS AS THOUGH, with the qualifications listed, those people really have the number of points to be selected. If not, they could be put back in the pool, or refused (for instance, if they turn out to have less than 100 points really). If the officials think all is well, they will send you an ITA. (And all that can take some weeks.)
