110 points and a Job offer?

Hi there,

Looking to immigrate to NZ with my Partner were 24 and I'm a builder with a city and guilds level 1 Carpentry qualification. I have about 3 years’ experience and we checked our points together and it came out at 110 enough for an EOI but not competitive.
If I can get a job offer do we have a realistic chance of getting PR?

I have 3 years expirence in my field, and my partners brother is a resident. were in the 20/30 catagory and im planning on having a job when I apply for an EOI.
I was wondering what sort of hourly rate a builder charges out there and what sort of rate an employed builder would get. any Ideas?
