Do I need NZQAssessment - USA degree

Hi,
I graduated witha a bachelors degree of science in Electrical Engineer (2006) from Prairie View A&M University, USA.
Do I need to get my qualications assessed by NZQA, because my university is not listed here: http://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/45800.htm
OR is it that all USA universities are recognized for my qualification even though it does not appear on the list.
Please advise.

U need to do nzqa assesment as ur univesity doesnt come under Nzqa exempt list. Plz do IQA and not PAR as its a waste of time and money. Ur uni has to be in exempt list doesnt matter if it's USA or another country.
