    Default PR sticker turnaround time?

So I have residence (back from when residence used to be called permanent residence and permanent residence was the IRRV) and have been here 4 years (didn't travel, no reason to upgrade). I've just renewed my passport and want to get the upgraded stickers in the new ones. About how long is the usual turnaround for this? I'd try for a day trip to the local INZ office if towing 2 little kids to that didn't seem like a bad plan.

I only ask as there is something I need passports for (not travel related) coming up in the end of March.
Better to wait until after March?

When we had been here 2 years, Mr Manks took a trip to the Welly branch with all the completed paperwork and passport photos, took a number and sat in line. He was in there no more than 1.5 hours and exited with shiny new blue stickers. It depends how many people are in the queue in front of you. Your process may take a little longer as they'll need to update your passport details, but it shouldn't be torture.
