Default Free Money Transfers to New Zealand & Free Bank Account Opening

If you are transferring money to New Zealand you can save up to 3% against the exchange rates that your local bank will provide you.

TorFX are one of Europe's leading and largest money transfer specialists who can provide a secure, fast and free way to transfer your money from overseas into New Zealand. For every NZD $10K that you look to transfer, TorFX can aim to save you $300 more against what the banks would offer you simply by offering a better exchange rate.

TorFX work in partnership with New Zealand's largest bank ANZ and can arrange to have your bank account open up to 12 months in advance of moving there. This can drastically enhance your credit worthiness when you arrive in New Zealand due to the fact you will have a credit history on arrival.

If you would like any information on exchange rates, banking or how to transfer your money please contact me.

Yes you can maintain a USD account depending on who you bank with. However if withdrawing NZ$ from a US$ account you will be charged (probably quite heavily).

Opening a NZD account would be most effective based on the information that you have provided. If you would like an introduction and contact from New Zealand's largest bank please private message me.

This would be a US$ account at a NZ bank right? Could you tell us how much the charges would be for withdrawing money from a US$ account as NZ$.

    Hi Ian,

    That is correct.

Each bank varies depending on the account you have and with which bank.
