    Default Migrant levy payment

    Hi there,

Well, my partner’s visa was approved in principle several weeks ago! All we have to do is pay the migrant levy. The only thing is, our CO is not answering her phones or emails and I wanted to get it done today. Is there a number that I can call in order to process the transaction over the phone?

    Thanks :-)

Could you try just calling NZ House reception?

What about using INZ's general enquiry/email system?

    Hi,

I wonder if it's possible to hand in our passports and the migrant levy payment form in person at the Wellington Branch, instead of mailing these in? Also, if one needs the passports back with the blue stickers urgently, say within a week, would they consider such a request, given that it usually takes a couple of weeks for the turnaround?

Would appreciate it if someone can share their thoughts or experience on this.

    Hi there,

Thanks for your reponse. May I ask if you had to get an appointment before turning up at the London branch?
