INZ offering refund for 'Variation of Conditions' service for Work Visa holders

As I understand, if your Work Visa states that you have to work for a particular Employer and you decide to change the Employer, you have to file a 'Variation of Conditions' application. It was charges previously, but now it seems to be free of charge.

Just in case it wasn't obvious from the above post...

We are also offering refunds to customers who paid this fee after 29 November 2010.

If you (or anyone you know) have applied for a variation of condition since 29th November 2010 then it is possible to claim a refund.

The fee free period has now ended and the Variation of Conditions Fee has now been (re-)introduced - VoC Fee Reinstated
