To make sure we understand your situation - am I right in thinking that what you are on is a Graduate Job Search Visa, as mentioned here? http://www.dol.govt.nz/immigration/k...base/item/1074

If that's the case, the answer to your question 1 is yes, you can apply. See here, http://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/45663.htm, paragraph d ii.

Also, I can't find any restriction against your putting in an EOI, and/but you can always check this by asking INZ.

yes i am in the condition above, is there any company requirement from the immigration to support someone to become a newzealand residence? my work place is just a food court but they are a registered company, and should i use the immigration advisor service to deal with my resident application in the future, because i read in the immigration website that they treat all application fear, so no benefit or special treat even i use and pay immigration advisor, is that true?
    thank you

No. The two visas you first asked about (the Graduate Work Experience visa, and Residence under Skilled Migrant) don't have any requirement for any kind of support or sponsorship from an employer. All that is needed from your employer is a formal offer of a skilled job, with a contract, to show to INZ. (If you look at the pages on INZ, and the INZ operations manual, about these visas, it lists all the detail.)

You do not have to use an immigration adviser. Everybody has the right to put in their own application, and to communicate directly with INZ. And yes, it is true that INZ treat every application fairly and equally - no adviser or lawyer has any special 'pull' with them.
