Enclosing medical reports prior applying for WHV or EOI

I gathered all my documents including medical reports. However, I am still waiting for NZQA for assessment report, thus I do not know it is wise idea to send medical report now or waiting till I get my NZQA qualifications assessed?

In worse case scenario I am going for WHV visa, whereas new quotas will be released in Aprili 27TH. So is ti wise to send all files and reports prior applying for visa?

No, don't send anything to INZ yet. They wouldn't know who you are, or what to do with odd bits of paperwork. The application form and guide for each kind of visa gives instructions as to what is required WITH the application, or AFTER it. In no case do you send material BEFORE you have applied for anything. And if you apply under SMC (putting in an EOI) you are not required to send any evidence unless and until your EOI is selected and you have to complete and return the ITA (Invitation To Apply).
