    Default Any advice welcome

    Hi, We are a married couple, my husband is a Kiwi by birth & has a current New Zealand passport, I am from the UK & have no connections with New Zealand except for my husband, He is now 65 & semi retired, I am just 50 & presently at home. John's pension is not a problem, so we understand. Just wondering if anyone has any information about where I might stand regarding pensions in the future, or any friendly financel advice welcome. We are seriously considering semi-retiring to the North island in the near future.

    There are quite a few old threads on here about UK state (DWP) pensions, and the UK government websites are quite informative, too. Any work-related pensions you may be entitled to will have their own conditions.
