I suppose you can apply after 4 years and 240 days from the day of your arrival in NZ with Residence Visa, plus you meet all the requirements on the above link.
Just to add - in a general situation it would be 2 years and 240 days from the day PR is issued (provided that 240 days criteria is met for first 2 years of your RV plus same conditions on the link above).
