Time taken after referred to Medical Examiner

Hi everyone,

My application was referred to a medical examiner in NZ (Wellington) about 2 weeks ago. Can anyone tell me how long will it take till its given back to my CO? My CO is in India. I've been told that I need not submit further reports as I had already provided all relevant reports when I applied. Thanks!

MA can be in any part of the world (and at times physically different location from your Case Officer) - this at times might also add up to the response time received between you sending your reports Vs receiving response from MA. The usual turnaround time for MA to revert back on your result is anywhere between 4-6 weeks.

My medical was referred--I knew it would be--so I included a letter from a specialist explaining my conditions, treatment and prognosis. The referral came back within two weeks--but I had a job offer and my application was already running a bit behind.
