Partnership/residence form

Hi everyone! I've been trying to find some information about this, but still have no clue!!. I'm applying for residence under the family stream, my partner is new zealander born and bred. I'm completing Residence Form 1000 :

but it's quite confusing on section D and E. Do I need to provide information about my partner's siblings?? They are all kiwis, and he's not included on the application. I thought this two sections are not applicable but then on section K claims "You must provide:details of your New Zealand partner in sections D and E"

I would really appreciate some help on this, since it's the only thing that is stopping me to finish my application.

It says it - you do it. There's nothing here or in the Guide to explain what INZ is going to do with that information, but we don't actually need to know, I don't think. Don't let it stop you - just fill in the form.
