A bit self indulgent but........I'm approved! YAY! (London Branch)
I might get some sleep tonight!
Although I now have to fret about paying the migrant levy and getting the visa in my passport in time for my flight
Packers coming 3 weeks today.
I was probably a very uncomplicated applicant - no issues on police check or medical, job from an accredited employer, quals assessed at level 8 but didn't need a specific named NZ qualification. 10 Years evidence of relevant work experience from a "blue chip" UK employer.
The only possible issue for me was whether the evidence for my 23 year old daughter's financial dependency was good enough for my case officer as there is little guidance given here. But there was a good evidence trail over a lengthy period (Bank of Mum, LOL)
And my case officer was fantastic! Slow to answer emails but she always picked up the phone and did exactly what she promised

Many congratultions and nothing wrong with a bit of self-indugence. However uncomplicated your application may have been, I am sure it has been stressful. Enjoy the next 3 weeks sorting out ready for the packers

Congratulations.
You must be lucky to get a good CO. My friend's CO from the London office (initial M) is just the opposite: never picks up phone, and never do what she says she would.
