Job Offer after JSV apply in New Zealand or from Abroad??

Hi All,
I already got a job offer from a small company. But currently i am out on New Zealand and will be going back in end of April 2013. Can i still send in my documents to the New Zealand immigration in Auckland, that's where i stay and will have my job.

Anyone has any experience or ideas about this? I know i don't have to have the employment for 3 months, as i was told i can apply right away. Does that mean i can apply from abroad, or have to be in New Zealand before i apply?

What address does INZ have for you at the moment? - NZ or abroad?

Currently, my address is Singapore with them. I just went to Auckland and activated my WTR visa and came back.

Who told you you could apply right away? I would read the regulations here http://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/30614.htm as meaning that you need to have started work before you apply. In that case, of course, you would be applying to your nearest INZ office, in NZ. But it's INZ's interpretation of the rules that would count.
