Default Cover Letter + Checklist - NZQA

    Hi All,

I have to send my documents to NZQA for IQA.
I am applying for Absolute Skills Shorate and LTSSL (IT Programmer Analyst)

I have sending following documents in original:
    1. All Marksheets + Degree + Other diplomas.
    2. Attested Syllabus copy from my university.
    3. All Work Experience Letters + Referral letters + Salary Slips.

Do I need to send a Cover letter? If yes, Please share the format.
And, if there is a possible checklist prepared, please send me that as well.

    Regards,
    Ankur

I believe the last step in the completion of IQA steps online gives you a cover letter at the end, which is defining all types of documents you have uploaded and they are expecting their hard copies. This cover letter should be printed and added to your documents. You can refer to guide in URL http://www.nzqa.govt.nz/assets/quali.../guide-IQA.pdf. i hope this was helpfull for you.

    Hi,

    Yes, szoghby is correct.
We did our's online yesterday and the last step involves printing out a cover sheet which you sign and include with your documents. There is a cover sheet for each section, like a check list, which is automatically created.

That said, I did include a little letter too, just so say also including CVs and listed all my documents.

    Hi Both,

    Thank you for your reply.
Another thing, do I need to specify that I applying to get results for Programmer Analyst (Absolute Skills shortage and LTSSL) because in some of the threads I have seen that the IQA results doesn't specify the role for which they have given the results.
Just wanted to be clear if I need to mention any such thing.

Your help will be highly appreciated.

    Regards,
    Ankur

Did the assessor provided you a list of docs to be sent? You can include a personalized cover letter apart from the one that was electronically generated by nzqa so you can explain your docs further. That's what i did before.

    Ankur,
If you are to claim point for LTSSL, you will have to ask NZQA clearly for a comparability assessment, as far as I know. Else, you might get a generic outcome.
See forum and form below. This is my findings and is not necessarily true however. It cost you nothing to include it in your application pack. I sent it through mail to NZQA and they attached it to my application which is under process. All the best
