urgent help regarding SFV 2013

Dear forum member,

When I log on immigration portal for filling SFV application follow error was shown

"Welcome to the online application system for the Silver Fern Job Search visa.

Unfortunately at this time we are not accepting new applications for the Silver Fern Job Search visa.

There is a limited quota of Silver Fern Job Search visas each year. The quota for this year has already been filled."

can any one have specific answer regarding this matter.
It 1 day left before apply for SFV.... urgent help need

This happened last year, just before the day for applications to open. It already happened for a short time earlier this week. I expect INZ are doing maintenance, to make sure the system is as ready as it can possibly be for the important day.
