how do you file relationship fraud here in nz? my ex partner got his residency through partnership and he cheated on me. we have a child together and he's going to marry her fiance soon. and im not sure that we have to stay together for atleast 2yrs as a condition on his residency via partneship.

You don't have any basis for reporting him to immigration. Residence is granted on the basis of a relationship which was in place BEFORE the application. There are no conditions on the Residence for what the person does afterwards.
