Points System for skilled workers

Hi,

I have over 20 years experience in IT but I don't have a degree, can I still use my experience to count towards having the skills on the long term skills shortage list?

Without the qualification, the points collected will be way below the 100 minimum required for an invitation to Apply. If you get a job offer in IT, you will suddenly see your points shooting over the (automatic invitation) 150 points.

With job offer 100 points or more (including job offer) would trigger selection. See EOI selections history on INZ website.
