Is there any criteria for employer that immigration considers to evaluate the silver fern job search visa's extension? What conditions the employer must fulfill? Any relevant reference from the operational manual please..

I've never heard that these points made a difference. It's financial stability and whether it's a sound business that are checked out, as far as I'm aware.

JandM is correct. There seems to be no fixed requirement for the size of employers. But as far as I hear of, for smaller employers, INZ is very careful and is more likely to inspect if they really need to hire you instead of someone who is already a resident or citizen. The financial situation of employers will be a concern as well.
