Question Resident Visa and Work Permit

Hi guys, I just want to ask for your opinion.

I had been recently approved for resident visa and recruiters started calling.

However, most of them are asking me for a work permit. Do I really still have to get one, aside from the resident visa?

Because here in Singapore, if someone is a resident, it is no longer needed to get work permit from Ministry of Manpower.

    I'm confused. Thanks a lot!

The resident visa already allows you to work, live and study in NZ. It is also whatis says in my approval letter. No need for a work visa. Explain this to the recruiters.
