A Note Re Telecom

Hi All
I thought it a good idea to inform any Telecom customers about this.

I have just received a call from Telecom who have advised me that from 1st August if you settle your account by credit or debit card then they will be charging 1.5% plus GST on that bill so thought it a good idea to warn you of this. I always like to see my bill first before I pay it and have always paid by debit card but will be using bank transfer now.

yup . pay late and they charge you $18.50.. auto pay with your credit card and they now want 1.5% I forgot to pay and they cut my line off really quickley (despite having been a customer and always paid my bill for quite a few years) then they charged me $50 to re-connect it... so i set it to auto on my credit card...

do you know that you can have your broad band provider charge your line rental onto your broad band account too :-) ,,, I need to get onto that
