how long in the same job

1st of all i would like to thank every one here this forum has helped a lot in my residency application and keepin me sane
its approved yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


now to my question i have been workin in the same job from past 3 years started as a store help den got promoted as a duty manager, which helped me gettin a 2 year work visa and last june promoted as a sore retail manager which helped me gettin my residency
now question is how long i have to work here
i got a no conditional stamp on my passport please help i have a new job offer in another company with better pay package and i need to reply in 3 weeks :|

90 days as per my knowledge and can u please share ur experience please?

90 days even after u get ur residency after workin there from last 3 some years :O

I think, from INZ's point of view, it would depend on how long ago you got residence. When was that? And you said you don't have a Section 49(1) condition on your Residence sticker? With no condition, I would have thought your period of notice would only depend on what's on your contract with the employer.
