Hi All,
A quick question:
'Will there be any status update on the INZ website informing the applicant that they have received the ITA documents (for SMC visa) when documents are sent through a tracking Courier?'

Hi All,

Hi,
In my case, I checked the courier tracking number and updated my CO that documents reached and it is signed by so and so.
She gave me confirmation that she received them.
This is one option. Others can give their update.

Mine showed up in the:
Immigration applications
Visa: Resident
11 Jun 2013
When I click on 'Find out more' it shows the application as pending.
HTH
We checked first via our courrier link that it'd been delivered.
Then online our status changed to "Application Received" and we're now "pending"
And then of course, your bank account gets a lot lower than it was
I think that wellywearer means your bank balance will be lower once they take the money for submitting the ITA
Assuming that your medical report is in the same package, you will also see the "Health Certicate Details" get updated with the date received and its expiry date.
oh dear, I didn't mean to cause a panic!!
When you submit the ITA you have to send the fee with it.
I sent my bank details so they could take the required amount. That went out of my bank account a few days after they received our documents.
That's why we've less money in it now, but it's a normal part of the process! Sorry for the worry caused and thanks to the others for helping explain!
Hi again,
Its been more than 3 days that I have submitted ITA (+documents). Till now, there is no status update on the INZ website stating if they have received my document(s). Two questions:
1. After how long does the status of ITA documents received is updated on INZ website?
2. I am looking below My Application section on the INZ site. I checked in 'Find Out More' link. Am I looking at the right place?
Waiting for your reply.
Regards,
Ankur
