Shipping insurance - Letton Percival?

We're moving back to UK in September, and thinking of using Letton Percival to insure our move.

On the way over (4 years ago) we went with the more expensive insurance offered by the shipper (Excess INternational) - and I can't remember why?!

Has anyone needed to file a claim with Letton ? How did it go?

Filed a claim for a damaged PC as demurrage damage about two weeks after Pickfords delivered. Had the money within a week, no fuss, no bother; can't recommend them highly enough.
