Singaporean working in UK, wants to apply NZ work visa

I am Singaporean, holding UK work visa and working in the UK, I got a job offered in New Zealand and looking for information regarding NZ work visa application.
I am wondering if I can apply NZ work visa in UK, as I do want to continue working while waiting for NZ visa to get approved? Where can I find NZ work visa information? What documents do I need and how much is the visa cost...etc
