I am a resident visa holder and the conditions of my visa are:

Visa is invalid if holder is outside NZ with expired travel conditions. Please apply for transfer of this visa when the passport expires.

can I sponsor for an accommodation to my friend?

any idea?

From the form...

Who can be a sponsor?
To be a sponsor you must be:
• a New Zealand citizen or the holder of a New Zealand residence class visa (if you are the holder of a resident visa that is subject to conditions under section 49(1) of the Immigration Act 2009, you are not eligible to be a sponsor)

So you have a residence class visa and from the information you posted about the only conditions on your passport are NOT section 49(1), so it would appear that yes you can sponsor them.

On form INZ 1025, it says that a sponsor can be this.

You hold a Resident visa, and the words you have quoted from it are NOT conditions at all - you have a normal, full visa. So you are eligible to sponsor your friend if you wish.
