PR Under SMC 2nd time!!!

I already applied one time, and got the JSV visa through Shanghai branch. But unfortunately, didn't get lucky with the jobs in 9 months, so had to move back.

Now i am thinking of reapplying, anyone has come across this problem, of applying 2nd time. I know Shanghai branch is famous for JSV or declining application. I have heard a lot from people over different forums.

Any comments??

As I've answered you on another thread, there has quite recently been a review of INZ offices in Asia, with some major senior staffing changes. I think there should be less cause for alarm these days.
