timeframe for residency after interview

hi I applied for residency as a retail store manager from a gas station I submitted my ITA on 26 April my interview is done on 4 august but after interview I didn't hear any thing from immigration what happened next.

Hi. The final decision can take a while. I suggest you send a short, polite email to your Case Officer and ask if they could give you any idea of the likely timeframe for a decision. I hope it goes well for you. Karen

thanx Karen my other friend got his residency after 4 weeks of his interview he is in the same field he work for the company for last 2 year and I am work for the company since I was a student almost 5 years now immigration officer interviewed my employer then he interviewed me but I am bit scared because he took only 15 min for interview and all my other friends face almost 1 hour interview

could you tell us... where are you now.... NZ/India? and which branch process your application... Then it is easy for the forum member to share their experience regarding after interview to visa decision timeframe ....

I think application from the Onshore has recently been increased that is why CO's are very much busy and this will increased the waiting time.... Hope you will hear good news soon
