Thanks Karen, yes previous visa was approved, but i'm not looking to sponsor another visa for NZ, my current partner already has a visa for NZ but not something that will allow them to work in Australia.
I'm just essentially trying to find out what Australia will see when they do a background check on me - will me and my previous partner still be linked in an immigration database as being a couple? Do they even have access to that type of info considering it's for NZ and not Australian immigration? Can anyone shed any light on that? Thanks a lot
