My partner and I are moving out to Aussie. We live in very nice 2 bedroom/1 bath flat near Lyall Bay Beach. (Just a 3-5 minute walk to surfing beach, and 15 minute commute to the CBD for work). We are seeking new tenants to assume our lease until 19/2/2014. Afterwhich you can negotiate a deal with the property owner to stay onward as well. This is the TOP flat and it comes the following:

* 2 double bedrooms with 1 wardrobe/closet each
* Kitchen with stove
* Laundry room
* backyard/garden with clothes line
* living room (medium sized, with nice bay window view of the ocean & lower Lyall Bay & beach)
* 1 car lockable garage (for storage, car, sports gear, wetsuits, etc)
* Working open fireplace (nice in Winters!)

This self contained flat/apartment which is situated in a superb location with sea views, a close proximity to Wellington city and a short walking distance to shops and the beach. There backyard/garden lawn and bushes are fully maintained by the property owner on a regular basis. The neighbours are very friendly. This an excellent place for a couple, 2 working professionally or flatmates. High speed cable internet is available here.

Rent is $400/week and paid on a fortnightly basis directly to the owner of the property.

The flat is available on Monday, 21/October.
