I have already got WTR SMC VISA and planning to move in december.

You have an SMC Job Search Visa, is that right?

As soon as you show INZ that you have a skilled job, you can get your Residence visa, and hers, then she can join you.

And what are the criteria for a skilled job?

It comes down to being a full-time permanent job that uses the skill you put forward in your ITA, that you are fully qualified for, that uses all your skill to the full, and is properly paid.
