Furnished Rental Property Required

Hi
We are moving to Wellington from the UK and are looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom furnished property from November 2013 -January/ February 2014. we are a professional couple with 2 children aged 2 and 4. Non smokers, no pets. Our goods are being shipped across and will arrive mid January, hence the temporary need for furnished.

We are heading to ChCh by the end of this month and have the same issue. We are renting a furnished holiday apartment through http://www.holidayhouses.co.nz/ but http://www.holidayhomes.co.nz/ is also a good place to find this type of thing. You are dealing, usually, directly with the owners and can often get a good deal - we have managed to.

We have noticed that sometimes rental properties in ChCh on Trade Me come furnished/semi furnished and are available for shorter stays, so worth looking on there too.

If you get stuck, we stayed at the Hutt Park Top 10 in a cabin for a few weeks while we found a rental. It was a great setup, clean and lots to do for kids which is a bonus
