How do we anser the below questions as answer to three gonna be almost similar.
Why do you want to go to NZ?
What have you heard about NZ?
What do you know about NZ?

    &

What will you do if you didn’t get a job in
    your chosen career?

can we say we willl opt for any job or something else ?

    please advice

This thread http://www.enz.org/forum/showthread.php?t=27398 and those linked to off it may help, as well.

You have to answer whatever questions come to you for yourself - your personal reactions are what will matter, regardless of what someone else said in the past. It's rather unlikely that a CO would ask you ALL those three questions, because the interview is a natural conversation.

It's no use saying you will opt for any job, because the whole point of Skilled Migrant is that the applicant will use the skills they are qualified in, in employment, to the benefit of NZ. When looking for a job when newly arrived, people have to be prepared to be a bit inventive and flexible, though. If you don't quickly get an offer in the same kind of role you currently have, you can try for jobs which are down a grade, since that first job would give you 'NZ experience', which looks good for later applications, and give you a chance to network and make connections, and also understand first-hand how your industry/career functions in NZ. Another possibility is to look for possibilities with employers whose main business function is not your skill, but who nevertheless can use your skill - for instance, if you are skilled in IT but not getting offers in the industry, you might be employed by e.g. a retailer or a transport business which uses IT to manage aspects of their work; or if you are a motor engineer not getting a job in a repair garage or factory, you could look to other businesses which use vehicles or other engines.

Some of those topics you mention are okay as background (and a passing mention would show you have some awareness). But what is probably more important is how things work in NZ, in normal life, NOW. For instance... If you have children, what is the system for schooling? How do you find a doctor, and how does the Health Service work? How will you find somewhere to live, and do you have an idea of what it will cost you? What is the transport system like where you are hoping to go and set up home, and/or will you need to run a car? If so, what about your driving licence, and how do NZ rules of the road differ from where you are now? What are your interests, because if you want to follow them up in your leisure time, you will need to find some like-minded people/clubs/groups? etc., etc..

A lot of these matters can be found on old threads here. If you use Google, enter "site:enz.org" then a key word, because that does a more sensitive search than the forum's own.
