    Default Housing prices/costs

    Hi,
    I've been offered a job in NZ paid at 130 kNZD/year, location Lincoln near Christchurch. What kind of housing can you afford at this income in Canterbury/Selwyn district? We live in Sweden right now, and spend about 2200 NZD/month on mortgage, heating & water for a 150 m2 house. How does that compare to NZ?
