We have been allocated a CO last June 24th and due to restructuring in London Branch, our CO asked us for some additional documents that we had sent last August. She however replied that the documents should be sent to the new CO who would handle our case, and until now we still haven't heard anything if there is a new CO handling our case. It has been a year already since we lodged our ITA.

Who do you think would be the best person to follow up our application in the London branch? Is there a standard email address that we can send an email to so we can follow up even if there's still no CO?
