10 weeks for an answer from MA
Finally.... After 10 weeks of waiting for an answer from the MA on a decision about our youngest daughters autisim, countless phone calls to our case officer and sleepless nights we finally get a Yes..........Medical clear.
WOOHOOOO
Paid the migrant levy, now awaiting passports back with stickers - a very, very happy family.
Now all the hard work starts, finish decorating, selling the house, shipping company etc...think I need a holiday!
Just want to say to anyone who may be in the same position as us with a son/daughter with special needs wanting to emigrate DONT GIVE UP...there were times when we thought we would never get an answer, many nights spent trawling through this forum looking up info about medicals, special needs children, autism, medical waivers etc...thought we would never get there.
