Advice on applying for an Visa based on an admin job

Hi
Im currently here on a working holiiday visa which expires in Feb 2014 and am at the moment looking into applying for a visa under essential skills to stay hopefully. My fear is though, that i have never heard of anyone getting a visa based on admin, everything here in Christchurch is always construction/engineering based. Has anyone any advice on the best way of getting a visa or know of anyone that has got a visa to stay based on an admin job?

Have you checked the skilled occupations lists http://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/35165.htm, to see if there's a career there that matches your job description?
