Still waiting on LTBV

I applied for my LTBV in April 8 2013. In August I was assigned a case officer. Just received an update yesterday that they won't even be looking at my application until March at the earliest. Any other LTBV applicants on here and if so what kind of timeframes have you been looking at?

Did they state any reasons for not taking your application till March. You may want to check with them the reasons & state yours in case of any urgency.

They said they are backed up and are processing applications as they were received.
