    Default Work to Residence visa... Job requirement

    Hi,

    One of my friend has a 9 month SMC job search visa, now he got 2 year fixed term contract job in his skilled field.

    As per my knowledge, permanent job or 1 year extendable contract is sufficient to apply for residence.

    we would like to know that 2 year fixed term contract is fine to claim for residence visa from SMC JSV? Thanks.
