    Default Immigration Medicals

    Dear All
    I wanted to know I am living in NZ for 2 years and 4 months, I submitted my Medical in Feb 2011 for work visa. With my residence application visa which is lodged on 12th December and Medical is updated as "Medical Received on 16th December".
    My main question is what will be circumstances if INZ allot my case officer before and after February 2014? will they ask for new Medical? or if its updated they will not ask?

    I don't know this is right forum to talk about this, If not apologies from my side.

    I believe it should be fine as they will look at the submission date (Dec 16th), not the actual processing date. Someone correct me if I'm mistaken, please.

    I agree with that. That's what *usually* happens, although INZ have the right to require another medical if they think there is some reason to worry about the applicant's state of health.
