    Post Job description duration with Employment Contract

    I was given an employment contract when i was transferred to NZ. I don't have actual NZ offer letter but I had one from same employer (different country).
    My new job description has 2+ years of duration as stay in NZ , so am I eligible for applying PR? if so what could be the chances of output .
    Currently I am on WP.

    I think INZ's decision would be based on the exact wording of your job offer and contract. Whether the letter you have from the overseas employer would work for them would probably depend partly on exactly what the company structure is, and therefore whether the part you're working for counts as a NZ employer.
