Photo on forms

Hi guys,

Thanks for all the information available here! it's been very helpful. Am going for the medical tomorrow and then apply for the Temp Work Visa to join my partner in NZ. Hopefully it'll all turn out well.

Just a dumb question to go, was gonna glue on the passport photos on the form but spotted the 'staple' at the top of the box of the photo and got confused.

Should i staple or paste it on then?

I stapled it on the form with my name, DOB, and Passport number written on their back.
