Immigration options for a digital marketing professional

I'm a digital marketing professional with over 7 years experience in a MNC (US based company). I work in India and have rich experience in anything digital marketing. What are my chances of getting a job in NZ. Any job I see in Seek I see that they would only like to take people with work permit. I calculated my points and I see I have 125 points, If I get a job there the points go over 150. So getting a job is very important for me to decide a permanent move to NZ. Can you please advice.
