WTR -Accredited employer

Hi All,

I am planning to Submitt my WTR Accredited employer Work visa application next week (10th) .recently i noticed that the emploer Accreditaion is ending on this friday.

INZ Accreditation Expiry: 8/02/2014 12:00:00 a.m Industry :Government (central).

I am not sure what to do now.my application will reject ?

Talk to the employer who has offered you the job. It may be that he has already put in to renew his accreditation - it is up to him to do that. http://www.immigration.govt.nz/emplo...m-high/talent/

I have one more doubt .whether i need to get any certificate of letter from employer ?. proof of being an accredited employer is required ?

As i am going through the check list and no where able to find.

Currently i am having offer letter only in hand.

I believe that the paperwork the employer has to do will automatically show INZ his status as accredited. When an employer is sponsoring you for a visa, the responsibility isn't all on your side for sending proof in (like it is when you're applying for Residence).

It happened with me as well, and when checked with employer, they told me that they are in process to renew , and finally they renewed the certificate.

So after renewal only we can apply ? or INZ will consider employer is under renewal and approve our Work visa ?

If you have your job offer letter and contract from the employer, you can go ahead with your part of the application. It's up to the employer to sort out the other side of it with INZ. Basically, don't be tempted to try to take on trying to supervise matters which are the boss's business, or INZ's responsibility. You've got enough to deal with, getting your paperwork and evidence together.
