    Default most affordable living place

    Which town/city in NZ that's most affordable to live in such as cheaper house markets but also have factories for employment? Currently living in Christchurch, but house market and cost of living here is really high working in the factory. Thank you.

    Have a look at Dunedin, not only is housing affordable but you still have all the city infrastructure close by and everything is 10 minutes away.

    IMO, the only cities in NZ are Auckland, Wellington, & Christchurch. The rest aren't really worth considering on a global measure. But if you think city is the size of population under 100K people, then there are plenty around.
