Case officer/Verificatioin officer contact

Hey everyone,

can u guyz tell me if i can contact my case and verification officer. because i dont have their contact number as i applied through a advisor. thnx

It would be normal if you applied through an Adviser to use your adviser to communicate with INZ. However, you are entitles to contact them directly if you need to do so. You could either ask your adviser for the details or if you don't want to do this, phone the free contact numbers available on the website and they will be able to tell you how to contact your case officer.
