    hi there just wanted to tell you my resident visa got approved

    we completed 3 years in new zealand and within that time got the PR i think if u work hard and pay taxes in a right way its not difficult to get it.

    Below is the short description of our case

    175 points SMC partnership based Henderson branch Auckland

    18/08/2013 -ITA submitted
    9/12/2013 -verification officer send questionnaire to both employers
    16/12/2013- answer send
    15/01/2014-case transfer to Auckland city
    19/02/2014 case officer send an email that she is working on it
    03/03/2014-PPI letter reducing pts to 95
    18/03/2014 -reply send against the PPI letter
    14/04/2014 -Approved

    p.s PPI letter is scary but just put your pt to the case office and you will be fine
    you should always take advise form a legal adviser

    total time was 8 months hope this helps you guys to understand the time frame

    do you mind if I ask what is that PPI letter? for what reason your points got reduced that significantly?

    that basically mean CO don't believe that you job or duties match the ANSCO requirements

    Or any other reason you haven't got the points you've claimed, e.g. your qualification doesn't qualify for some reason, or some of your work experience wasn't in a comparable market.
