Can your work visa get rejected even with job offer?

If we receive job offer, will it still be possible to get rejected for work visa?

How long is the processing for the work visa?

Yes, if you skills and qualifications do not match the job. Or if you have other character or health issues. Or if the position is not sustainable or there are New Zealanders available to take up the job.
It is on case to case basis. Some get it within 2 weeks some longer if INZ is not satisfied with the evidence or documents you submit.
It will be roughly 4-6 weeks the most.
