Need help with my son visitor visa extension

Hi All,

This forum is a really great forum and Help me a lot in my visa application.
Finally i am here in Auckland. I get Open work visa because of my wife study posgraduate qualification.
I need help in deciding what form i need to use to apply for my son visa extension. So my son ( 2 years old) have dual citizen,Indonesian and US citizen. Since i cant make on time applying visa for him, we decide to use his US paspor, and he can enter NZ for 3 month.
So what form should i fill for his visa extension? Any help will be great!

I think you'll need to apply for a visitor visa for him (rather than thinking of it as an extension), with an explanatory letter linking his case to his mother's student visa. When it's the case of a child, you need to fill in the form as if you were them, then sign saying you are the parent.
